I make a lovely cheesecake (which was originally an oreo 'Cookies and Cream' cheesecake) which I've already posted about adapting here. I might go as far as saying it's the best cheesecake recipe in the world. I love it.
This time though - Maltesers were the confectionery of choice to pop in it. Mm, can't wait for dessert time tonight!
