OK, so this loaf of bread worked out alright. I don't think I would make it again - perhaps I might try some bread rolls next time? It was nice, it was all eaten...but it wasn't really 'bready'. It was quite dense, more like a cake. Maybe it was something that I did wrong? Maybe I need to buy a bread maker :D
