Easiest Meal EVER.
2T olive oil
500g lean minced beef
1 medium sized onion
2 ribs celery
2 carrots, peeled and minced
1 can evaporated milk
1t ground nutmeg
2t sugar
3t salt
1/2t ground black pepper
1T minced fresh parsley
1T minced fresh basil
2 cans tomato puree
Brown mince, onion (and in my case a little garlic) with the carrot and celery for about 5 - 8 minutes in the olive oil. Pop into slow cooker with all other ingredients and switch to Auto or low. Meal will be ready in 7 -8 hours.
