Pineapple Upside Down Cake
This was one of my 52 goals for the year. Why? I'm not 100% sure. It was something that I've always wanted to make that never ever made. But now I have.
They're pretty it's true, but I don't think I will make it again. It's not my cup of tea, not this one anyway. Maybe a strawberry upside down cake might be more my bag.
