Lime and Galic Chicken

This was simple and surprisingly delicious.

Marinate chicken pieces in the juice from one lime, 1T olive oil, 10 - 12 cloves of garlic, crushed, salt and pepper for about 30 minutes (longer if possible).

Then heat 1T oil in a pan and toss it all in. Cook until chicken is brown and voila.
